KinkThailand is strictly for adults aged 20 or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access adult-oriented services in your location.

By browsing, registering, creating a profile, publishing a blog or comment, uploading a photo, sending a message, joining a chat room or otherwise using KinkThailand, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform purpose

KinkThailand provides profile discovery and private communication tools for adults interested in kink, BDSM, fetishes and alternative lifestyles. The platform does not participate in, arrange or guarantee interactions between users.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Impersonation, fraudulent profiles, credential sharing, unauthorized access and access by minors are prohibited. Multiple accounts must not be used to evade restrictions, manipulate other users, mislead the community or continue activity after suspension.

3. Consent and lawful conduct

All interactions must involve informed, voluntary and ongoing consent. Harassment, threats, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual content and illegal activity are prohibited.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit and remain responsible for it. You must own the necessary rights and have the informed consent of every identifiable person shown or described in the content. Intimate content involving another person may never be uploaded or shared without that person's consent.

To operate the platform, you grant KinkThailand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, reproduce, display, resize, compress, format, create thumbnails from and technically distribute your content through hosting providers and content delivery networks. This licence is limited to operating, securing, moderating and improving the platform, and ends when the content is deleted except for reasonable backups, legal retention and material already lawfully shared with others.

Your privacy and audience choices control how KinkThailand presents content inside the platform. Public content may be indexed or cached by search engines. Even where technical restrictions are used, KinkThailand cannot guarantee that users or third parties will not copy, download, screenshot, cache or redistribute content. Consider carefully before publishing personal, identifying, sensitive or intimate information.

5. Service profiles and commercial activity

Service providers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, accurately describing their services and fulfilling their own tax, licensing and contractual obligations. KinkThailand does not endorse or guarantee any provider.

6. Messaging and safety

Private messages, Kinky Live Chat, personal blogs, future comments and other interactive features must not be used for spam, repeated unwanted contact, harassment, abuse, scams, malicious links, automated collection, security circumvention or unlawful material. Room owners and moderators may mute, remove or block participants under the applicable feature rules. Users should use blocking and reporting tools and avoid sending money or sensitive information without appropriate verification.

7. Suspension and termination

KinkThailand may reject, hide or remove photos and other content that it reasonably considers inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, unlawful or contrary to these Terms or the Community Guidelines. KinkThailand may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate accounts to investigate reports, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties or enforce platform rules. Notice or an opportunity to respond may be provided where appropriate and legally required, but immediate action may be taken when safety, security or legal risk requires it.

Reporting content does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome. Attempts to evade moderation, suspensions, blocks, rate limits or technical safeguards are prohibited.

8. Premium Membership, billing and refunds

Premium benefits. Premium Membership includes the benefits displayed on the Membership and checkout pages at the time of purchase. These may include starting new conversations without the standard waiting period, a Premium profile badge, an expanded photo gallery and other features identified as Premium. Premium does not guarantee profile views, messages, responses, matches, meetings or commercial results.

Prices and activation. The price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and total charge will be displayed before purchase. Premium access begins only after payment has been successfully completed and confirmed. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

Automatic renewal. Premium is a recurring subscription and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By purchasing Premium, you authorize KinkThailand and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each renewal at the price disclosed at checkout, together with applicable taxes. Any trial or promotional period will convert to a paid recurring subscription only when this is clearly disclosed and accepted before activation.

Price changes. A price change will not affect a billing period already paid for. Where required, advance notice will be provided before a changed price applies to a future renewal. You may cancel before that renewal if you do not agree to the new price.

Cancellation. You may cancel through the subscription settings or by contacting Support when self-service cancellation is unavailable. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; Premium access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting a profile, deleting an installed application, logging out or stopping use does not cancel the subscription.

Fourteen-day accidental-purchase refund. You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the purchase was made by mistake and no Premium benefit has been used. Premium use includes, without limitation, starting a new conversation without the standard waiting period, uploading photos beyond the standard allowance, using the expanded gallery or accessing any Premium-only feature. Display of the Premium badge alone is not treated as active use. Once a Premium benefit has been used, the purchase is not eligible for an accidental-purchase refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Other refunds. Except where required by law, payments are otherwise non-refundable and no partial or prorated refund is provided for unused time, reduced use or failure to cancel before renewal. A refund may be considered for a duplicate charge, a verified technical billing error, payment without delivery of Premium access or a confirmed unauthorized payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may end Premium access immediately.

Failed payments and violations. Premium access may be restricted or suspended if a payment fails, is reversed or cannot be verified. If an account is suspended or terminated because of a member's violation, no refund will normally be provided for the remaining subscription period, except where required by law.

Third-party purchases. Purchases made through Apple, Google, Microsoft or another third-party store are also subject to that provider's billing, cancellation and refund rules. Where the provider controls the transaction, cancellation or refund requests must be submitted through that provider.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Billing, cancellation and refund questions can be submitted through KinkThailand Support. Never send complete card details through a support message.

9. Availability and liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. KinkThailand does not conduct background checks unless expressly stated and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, accuracy, legality, safety or conduct of any user or Service Profile. KinkThailand is not a party to private communications, meetings, arrangements, payments or activities between users, whether they occur on or outside the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, KinkThailand is not responsible for user conduct, offline meetings, third-party services, loss caused by unauthorized access, screenshots or redistribution by others, service interruptions or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse KinkThailand for reasonable losses, claims and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, your content, your infringement of another person's rights or your material breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
