Switch Profile Type

Your login, account ID, subscription and existing conversations stay connected to the same account. Only the public profile type changes.

Community Member → Service Profile

Your Community Member Profile is replaced only when the completed Service Profile is submitted.
The new Service Profile and any personal photos enter Pending review.
Your current public Community photos are not transferred to the Service Profile.
The Service Profile is not public until an Admin approves it.

Complete the next form before switching. Closing it without submitting leaves your current Community Member Profile unchanged.

Service Profile → Community Member

Your Community Member Profile becomes active immediately after the completed form is submitted.
Your Service Profile stops appearing publicly.
Service photos and gallery entries are archived and are not transferred to the Community profile.
Community Members use a built-in avatar. Personal Service photos will no longer be displayed.

This changes the public profile immediately after you submit the next form.
