Information is used to operate accounts, display profiles, deliver messages, show online/last-seen status, provide support, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse and improve the service.

Service providers
KinkThailand uses service providers including Supabase for database, authentication and realtime features, Resend for transactional email, and hosting/infrastructure providers. These providers process information to deliver their services.
Retention
Information is retained while needed to operate the account, meet safety and legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Removing a conversation from your list may not immediately erase underlying records needed for safety, recovery or compliance.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your information. Identity verification may be required before completing a request.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable legal requirements.
