Adults only. Consent, privacy and respect are mandatory.
Consent first
Consent must be informed, voluntary, specific, ongoing and reversible. A profile, interest or prior conversation is never automatic consent.
Respect boundaries
Accept “no” immediately. Do not pressure, threaten, shame, stalk or repeatedly contact someone who is not interested.
Protect privacy
Do not publish or forward another person’s photos, messages, identity or personal information without explicit permission.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Any person under 20, or sexual content depicting anyone under 18.
- Non-consensual, exploitative or illegally obtained content.
- Trafficking, coercion, violence, threats or instructions for illegal activity.
- Impersonation, scams, spam or misleading commercial claims.
- Hate, targeted harassment or discrimination.
Service profiles
Describe services honestly, use your own authorized content and comply with all applicable laws. `Foot Photos & Content` and other commercial categories do not imply endorsement by KinkThailand.
Safer meetings
Verify identities carefully, meet in a safe setting, tell a trusted person where you are and arrange your own transportation. Never ignore warning signs.
Moderation and enforcement
KinkThailand may reject or remove photos and other content considered inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these guidelines. Accounts that violate platform rules may be restricted, suspended or permanently removed, with or without prior warning, where permitted by applicable law.
When a Premium account is suspended or removed because of the member's violation, the remaining subscription period is not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Reporting
Report suspicious or abusive conduct through KinkThailand Admin / Support. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
